Earlier this year CCH released an improvement to CCH OneClick that enables the document approval password requirement to be turned off. This has now been actioned and users will receive the following pop-up notification next time they log into OneClick advising them of the change.
This change was made on the back of many customer requests to remove password entry for approving documents because often the user has only just logged into CCH OneClick a few moments earlier for the express purpose of reviewing and approving a document, and many customers thought the requirement to enter the password again was unnecessary.
This has proved to be a greatly appreciated improvement to CCH OneClick.
