Funding now available for CRM, accounting and eCommerce software

Lorna Bloor

Funding for CRM, accounting and eCommerce software is now available through the government’s Help to Grow: Digital scheme.

This new scheme has been set up to help small and medium sized businesses (between 5 and 249 employees) to purchase approved software for the first time.

Eligible businesses will only receive one discount of up to 50% towards the purchase of one approved software product for the first 12 months.

There is only a limited selection of approved products currently available, but these include two of the most popular digital accounting software packages - Sage Business Cloud Accounting and QuickBooks Online – both of which are fully Making Tax Digital compliant.

You can find out more including full eligibility criteria here.

How to claim the discount
N.B. You will need to know which software product you want to purchase before you make the application.

To apply click here and select ‘ready to compare software’ to continue.

Once you have completed the online application and passed the eligibility and fraud checks you will receive an email with a link to your chosen software suppliers’ website where you can complete your product purchase with the discount applied.
