An update on the working situation at Moore (South)

Following the latest Government announcements, we wanted to provide you with an update on the current working situation across our five Moore (South) offices.

As a firm, we have a duty of care to all of our team and with this in mind we have revisited our working from home procedures. Similarly to the third lockdown, we have allowed members of our team to continue to work in the office if they are unable to work effectively from home; this includes team members that do not have a suitable working environment, or for those that feel isolated at home and feel that it has an affect on their mental wellbeing. To accommodate for this, we have carried out the necessary arrangements to continue to ensure our five Moore (South) offices are COVID secure and have the relevant risk assessments in place. Members of the team that are working from home are fully set up for remote working with access to the internet and their office phone and ready for online or phone meetings.

In the short-term we will be using our offices as drop off points for books or records, which will be open from:
  • Monday - 09:00 – 17:30
  • Tuesday - 09:00 – 17:30
  • Wednesday - 09:00 – 17:30 
  • Thursday - 09:00 – 17:30
  • Friday - 09:00 – 15:00

For the moment, any essential meetings that need to be held face to face, will continue providing visitors follow all the necessary steps in our risk assessment, including taking lateral flow tests before the meeting and for masks to be worn. Any client meetings that can be conducted remotely, will take place on Zoom or Teams and we are able to share any confidential documents in a secure way with you, through our OneClick workspace. We plan to continue to operate as near to normal as possible.

Audits

If you have an onsite audit booked with us, please contact us as soon as possible to agree ongoing arrangements for these. If your premises are closed we have the available technology and resource to be able to carry out your audit remotely.
