Agenda:
  1. Are you ready for GDPR? Widely dubbed ‘the biggest shake up of data protection laws for 20 years’, businesses have until 25 May 2018 to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation or face considerable fines.  This practical session looks at what the changes mean and what businesses need to do to ensure compliance.
  2. Making Tax Digital for VAT.  From April 2019 VAT registered businesses with turnover above the VAT threshold will have to use digital software and make quarterly reports to HMRC. This will mean significant changes for businesses currently using Excel or keeping manual records. We take a look at what businesses need to do to prepare for the new rules.
  3. Debt Recovery – How will the new debt recovery protocol affect you?
  4. General legal and accountancy updates that may be of interest
  5. Q&A
