It’s the end of an era at Moore in Northamptonshire as Managing Partner Adrian Urquhart leaves the firm after more than 35 years to take on a new role as Finance Director for one of his clients. Partner Nick Bairstow will now take on the role of Managing Partner for the Corby and Northampton offices.
Said Adrian: “This change was not a decision I took lightly, but the opportunity to try something different for the last few years of my career was too exciting to pass up. It will be a huge wrench to leave Moore, and I will miss working with the incredibly talented team there. I’ve been blessed with having been able to work with so many wonderful clients, who I will miss hugely, but I leave knowing they will be well looked after by the Moore team.”
New Joint Managing Partner Nick Bairstow said: “We’re very sad to see Adrian go – he’s made an enormous contribution to the firm, particularly in helping to transform Moore locally from five small offices into two larger regional centres. We’ve grown significantly over the past 37 years, and Adrian has been an essential part of that success. We wish him all the best for the future in his new challenge.”
