Moore East Midlands strengthens leadership team with new promotions

Moore East Midlands, which has offices in Corby, Northampton and Peterborough, has promoted two senior members of its team to Director. 

Natalie Ellis (pictured front row, centre right) is now Director of Resources, taking on responsibility for HR, recruitment and training, health and safety as well as assisting the partners with the day to day management of the office.  Rachel Thomas (pictured front row, centre left) is Director of Marketing and Communications. 

Natalie began as a contractor with Moore in 2005, joining the firm permanently in 2012 as Secretarial Team leader.  She was promoted to Office Manager in 2014, gaining her CIPD HR qualification in 2017. 

Rachel joined the firm as Marketing Manager in 2013, during which time the firm has added almost £2m of new business.
