With his dynamic, personable and enthusiastic approach, supported by a detailed knowledge of the nonprofit sector, Luke Holt is committed to providing each of his clients a service that’s individually suited to their needs. Luke has extensive experience across the entire nonprofit sector and has built up a wide range of contacts and working relationships, which allow him to be at the forefront of key issues and sector changes as they arise.

Luke strategically advises clients such as charities, further education colleges, higher education universities and private providers, independent schools and housing associations. He is familiar with the challenges facing all types of nonprofit clients, which is particularly important as we move towards FRS 102 and the new charity SORPs.

Throughout his career Luke has – and continues to be – involved with a large number of sector organisations, bodies and regulators, including lecturing and tutoring for the Association of South East Colleges and the British Universities Finance Directors Group. He has carried out a number of high profile investigations and projects for the Education Funding Agency, the Skills Funding Agency and Higher Education Funding Council for England, as well as presenting to a wide range of audiences on the future of FRS 102 and the SORPs for the charity, housing and education sectors. Luke is a qualified chartered accountant and was a top 10 ACA award winner for the Thames Valley region.

In his free time, Luke is a keen sportsman and enjoys both playing and watching football, tennis and rugby. He is an eager concert-goer and owns an ever-increasing collection of motor vehicles.
