David started in the financial services profession in 1995 and is a Chartered Financial Planner. In 2007 he became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, one of the highest qualifications for financial advisers. Beginning his career with a Bristol based firm, David then joined a top ten national accountancy firm, working in their London office for 9 years and working through the ranks to Director of Financial Management. He worked closely with his accounting and tax colleagues offering financial planning advice to high net worth individuals and business owners. David’s specialist areas include tax and investment planning pre and post-retirement.
