Adam has overall management responsibility for the Client Payroll Team. The team is expanding and developing in line with the increasing number of payroll clients coming to Moore Kingston Smith for advice.He has proven experience in both HR and payroll, gained across a wide variety of sectors including recruitment, hospitality, media, publishing, construction and manufacturing. Adam keeps up to date with all relevant legislative changes and has in-depth knowledge of employment law.Previously on the HR Consultancy Team, Adam advised clients on employee relations, TUPE transfers, the recruitment lifecycle, policies and procedures. He also handled HR reporting, including headcount, sickness, absence and employee relations.Apart from his knowledge of all things payroll and HR-related, clients really like Adam’s natural positive energy.
