Forget a bottle of champagne, a crate is in order here!

All of our trainees have successfully passed their most recent exams.

Head of HR, Andrew Henshaw, commented on the recent exam success: "I am very proud of all our trainees and how well they have performed in their exams. They are immensely valuable to our teams and  the dedication they have will, hopefully, see them through to  qualification and to very successful careers."

A showering of champagne is most definitely required. Emily Evans (Salisbury and Southampton), Vicky Drayton (Isle of Wight), Bryony Davies (Isle of Wight), Matthew Bather (Chichester) , Annuja Vijayakumar (Guildford) and Rachael Gear (Guildford) have all celebrated their recent success. Both Annuja and Vicky have now completed their professional level exams and are expected to complete the advanced level exams in the next year. Rachael, who joined last August, has passed the first three ACA professional level exams and Bryony has completed two. Emily Evans, who works between Salisbury and Southampton has passed a further two papers at  the ACA professional level and Matthew Bather, who is based in Chichester, has passed all of his ACA certificate level.

Andrew continues: "Our trainees are our investment in the  future of our business. We prefer to grow our own partners rather than recruiting them from outside which is why many of our current partners  trained with the firm. Our commitment to training is a key part of our business strategy and as part of this process we have just recruited 6 new trainees across our offices and we are looking forward to all of this new talent joining our business.  We only have one more position to fill which is  in our Salisbury office where we will be holding interviews shortly."
