Tracey is a solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience and is a member of The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), an organisation of legal professionals who specialise in providing advice to older and vulnerable people and their families and carers. Tracey has a wealth of experience specialising in Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, and the Administration of Estates as well as being a Court appointed deputy for incapacitated clients. Tracey offers a friendly, sympathetic approach and works hard to ensure complex areas of law are explained in plain and straightforward language. Tracey is available to see clients at either our Enfield or Stevenage offices. If you are unable to travel to the office she is happy to make home visits in the surrounding areas or to provide appointments virtually via Teams or Zoom if preferred.
