Capital markets

Becoming a public company is a major step; it can provide capital for growth, enhance the profile and credibility of the business, create a market for its shares, and provide an exit strategy for its owners.

There are several stages to a successful outcome. We provide hands-on support to management and financial advisers throughout the IPO process. There are three key UK equity markets available to meet the differing requirements of companies; the Main Market, the Alternative Investment Market and the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE).

We support clients from across the globe through the various phases of flotation advising on the initial public offering (IPO) process not only for UK capital markets but also on international markets.

We have significant experience of all three markets and the services we provide include:

•    acting as reporting accountants
•    providing introductory services to the relevant capital market adviser community
•    providing advice on the preparation for flotation
•    providing advice on public company corporate governance.
