Richard Blakeley is a Partner and Chartered Surveyor who leads capital allowances advisory within Moore UK’s tax services. He brings more than 30 years of property and tax-related experience, helping businesses identify and secure tax relief on qualifying capital expenditure.

Richard works with property owners, investors and asset-intensive businesses to ensure capital allowances are considered as part of wider tax and investment planning. His approach combines technical knowledge with practical commercial insight, supporting clients through acquisitions, developments and ongoing asset management.

He works closely with tax advisers and specialist teams across the Moore network to provide coordinated advice, ensuring claims are robust, proportionate and aligned with current legislation.
