Michaela Hall
An appointment-taking Licensed Insolvency Practitioner for over 15 years , with more than 27 years experience of restructuring and insolvency work. Head of the Forensic and Insolvency Recovery Services team (FIRS) and has extensive technical and practical expertise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency appointments. Her clients recognise and value her hands-on approach and thorough technical ability to consider cases commercially from all perspectives.
Through her contentious insolvency work, Michaela is regularly appointed by solicitors, government and other regulated agencies to investigate companies and individuals that have caused losses to creditors through fraud, corruption or malpractice.
On the non-contentious side, Michaela deals with Solvent and Insolvent Liquidations, Administration and Company Voluntary Arrangements. She has particular expertise in trading administrations and has managed numerous cases that have involved professional practices, licensed trade and trading-on manufacturing businesses as well as retail outlets.
