With more than a decade of M&A experience, he specialises in lead advisory and due diligence, guiding clients through complex transactions and focusing on delivering successful outcomes. He joined Johnston Carmichael in 2019 after seven years with PwC.
Gavin is known for his technical capability and his ability to build strong, long‑lasting client relationships. His track record includes leading major transactions such as the sale of Johnston Carmichael Wealth to Partners Wealth Management, the sale of CRE Encapsulation to Trexon, the sale of AGR Automation to Convergix Automation Solutions, and the acquisition of Inter‑Ways by John Good Logistics.
