The update now puts the onus of the SDS (Status Determination Statement) on medium or large companies using contractors. Companies which HMRC defines as a small company will not have to complete the SDS.

IR35 is delayed

Taken from City AmChief treasury secretary Steve Barclay this evening announced that the IR35 tax reforms would be pushed back by one year, less than a week after the controversial measures were confirmed in the Budget.
