We've been running for 3 years now...

Support our team of seasoned runners in this year's Great South Run

We're hoping Chris Lucas will sail through this year's run!

A team of 5 members of staff from Moore (South) LLP, together with one member of staff from Moore London and two family members are currently in training for the Great South Run taking place on Sunday 25 October. The team, with representatives from four of the Moore (South) LLP offices, are running in support of The Ellen MacArthur Trust, a nationwide organisation which aims to rebuild confidence in young people who have suffered from Cancer and Leukaemia through sailing. The Trust works with every primary care centre in the UK.

This is the third year that Moore (South) LLP have entered a team in support of this very worthwhile charity.

The team are hoping to exceed the money raised in the prior year, which surpassed £2,000 with gift aid. This money raised enabled the Trust to take 4 young people in recovery on a four day sailing trip, where they enjoyed lots of sailing, water fights, crabbing competitions, a thrilling RIB ride, a beach BBQ, afternoon tea at a yacht club, a tour around a lifeboat station and much, much more!
Frank Fletcher, Trust CEO said "It is fantastic that Moore has entered a team for the third year running."

Sue Lucas, managing partner of Newport, whose husband is running as part of the team for the third year said: "The team training is going well, not so sure my husband is going to keep up with them this year as he has decided to dress up as a boat with four others, but he'll do his best! We are hoping to surpass last years total."

The Moore team would be grateful for your support. To donate to this worthy cause please visit our virgin money giving page.
