Moore Kingston Smith expands into the South

Moore Kingston Smith, a leading multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm, has merged with Moore South. The deal unites two long‑established practices within the Moore UK network and combines the strengths of both firms while ensuring complete continuity for clients.
Moore South, a 13‑partner firm of accountants and business advisers, with five offices across the South of England, shares Moore Kingston Smith’s longstanding commitment to helping clients realise their ambitions.
The deal, which is Moore Kingston Smith’s ninth strategic investment since receiving PE backing, represents a significant expansion into the South of England.
Moore South boasts a team of 92 people across offices in Chichester, Guildford, the Isle of Wight, Salisbury and Southampton. The firm has a long‑established reputation for supporting OMBs, acting as a trusted adviser to individuals and entrepreneurs, while also serving larger and international organisations.
Following the merger, the Moore South team will join Moore Kingston Smith’s group of over 120 partners and 1,600 people across the UK and Ireland. The move further enhances the support available to clients, broadening their access to a wide range of additional advisory services, while ensuring continuity of the trusted relationships they rely on.
