Companies House fees are changing from February 2026

Companies House have confirmed that they will be changing some of their fees from 1 February 2026, including the fees for filing company incorporations and confirmation statements.
 
Changes announced include:

• the incorporation digital filing fee will increase from £50 to £100 
• the confirmation statement digital filing fee will increase from £34 to £50 
• the voluntary strike off digital filing fee will reduce from £33 to £13.
