He works with a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to listed companies and multinationals. His cases include contractual and commercial disputes, matrimonial cases, shareholder and partnership disputes, compulsory purchase cases and fraud investigations.Many of his cases are expert witness assignments, where Tom will be asked to provide an opinion on the accountancy issue in question and present that opinion in a written report. He has also testified as an expert witness in Court.Tom is a member of both the Expert Witness Institute and the Academy of Experts, as well as a member of the Forensic Special Interest Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Fraud Advisory Panel and the Compulsory Purchase Association.Tom regularly publishes articles on fraud and forensic accounting, and frequently lectures on forensic accounting issues.
