Nick provides corporate finance, private equity and strategic advice to clients across a wide range of sectors. He advises on private company acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, public offers, AIM admissions and the raising of debt, development and venture capital. Based in the City office, he is often called on by his colleagues in the regional offices for his corporate finance expertise. He considers each business and opportunity on its own merit, drawing on his broad experience and skills gained across different industries. Having previously acted as lead adviser and reporting accountant, he has developed a knack for spotting and dealing with any potential issues early on in a process. Clients like that Nick has a relaxed style yet is dedicated to getting the best results for them. They also comment that he takes a hands-on approach and is available to assist them at any time, which is particularly appreciated during complex transactions. A chartered accountant, Nick is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Outside of work, Nick is a keen (but ageing) rugby player as well as treasurer of Old Merchant Taylors’ Rugby Club.
