Partner - Head of Legal Services

Andrew heads the legal team at Moore Kingston Smith and is joint Global Lead of the Moore Legal Services group. Andrew advises on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment agreements, corporate finance and restructurings. He also advises on general corporate advisory matters.

Andrew works with clients ranging from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to larger SMEs, and international public companies and institutions. He has advised start-up businesses throughout their full life cycle, from initial investment to IPO or exit and sale by founders, as well as continuing advice following flotation or sale. He has particular experience advising international companies investing in the UK and advising UK companies on cross-border transactions.

Andrew was a partner in the London office of an international law firm before joining Moore Kingston Smith.
